N90 Rice Mill Bearings

Bearings support rotating shafts. A replacement must match the bearing designation, load requirements and fit specified for the actual assembly.

Signs to investigate

Look for rough rotation, unusual heat, increasing noise, play or vibration. These symptoms are clues, not a remote diagnosis. Check the complete assembly and operating conditions before buying a replacement.

Compatibility comes first

Different N90 manufacturers and production periods can use different parts. Confirm the machine nameplate, old component and all critical measurements. Never rely on “N90” alone.

What to measure

Record full bearing designation, bore, outside diameter, width, seals and housing information. Use millimetres and distinguish measured dimensions from estimates. Include quantity and any visible part number.

Photos for identification

Photograph both sides of the bearing markings and the housing. A qualified repairer should diagnose the bearing and the cause of failure before replacement.

Also include a full machine photo and a clear image of the nameplate. If there is no plate, show the drive and the milling chamber from safe positions.

Before replacement

Stop, isolate all energy sources and wait for moving parts to stop. A qualified repairer should perform removal and installation where special tools, alignment or load-bearing assemblies are involved. Follow the exact machine instructions and refit every guard before operation.

Request a matching part

Send your photos, dimensions, required quantity and destination country. We will discuss the appropriate fitment and quotation. Availability and compatibility are confirmed before ordering.
